    Season 9: probably the last to feature actual mobs. Ever attempt per season after that feels more and more contrived.

    Anyhoo, let’s not end on a real downer ending, but a funny one:

    “Why? Why was I programmed to feel pain?”

    I always figured out that if Shearer were ever hired by MacFarlane to do voices on FG, he’d most likely end up as the voice for Brian. That facial expression is him all over.
